In the beginning, our approach was “limited” to seed addresses that were fed as sleepers into the customer data base from outside, aimed at verifying the security of customer data bases. Reported abnormalities at several contact points rapidly led to the desire to be able to systematically evaluate processes from a customer perspective - Mystery Shopping.

 

We monitor service, consulting and sales quality of your company, revealing weaknesses by employing realistic test scenarios. Exploiting the collected data, measures for improvement can be introduced into your process chains and their successful implementation verified through follow- up testing. The purpose is to improve and stabilise the level of your services.
